Try this Bikini Body routine to blast fat and tone all over:
Grab a pair of dumbbells if you have any, if not, you can still do it without!
1. Punch & Curtsy Lunge x20 (shoulders, legs & butt, cardio warm up)
2. Jumpovers x 20 (cardio)
3. Plank rows x 15 each arm (sculpt your back, arms, and strengthen your core)
4. Standing Fire Hydrant x 15 ea leg (for butt lifting)
5. Hopscotch Burpees x 10 ea leg (legs, butt, crazy cardio!)
This will take you about 10-15 min to do but YOU WILL BURN TONS OF CALORIES!!!! And sculpt your body all over!

This month we will be working ALOT harder than last month. We will be doing this everyday for the month of October so join in and get ready for some fantastic legs!

Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge
50 jumping jacks
Skinny jean workout
1 minute wall sit
Pound Melting Pilates
Now plan out a running routine that involves going uphill. Go at least one mile twice a week (equvalent to the size of a high school track around four times). Take small bursts of sprinting whenever you can, try your best to not walk, just do a slow jog.
